A: Communal housing & Garage
The last thing Jason had expected upon getting home from work and showering was the sound of the front door. After a quick conversation with another member of the Parameter Guard and a familiar set of keys shoved in his hands, Jason ran down to the elevator without bothering with a shirt or shoes. When he saw the red and chrome machine he couldn't help but smile. He had been saving since he arrived to try and buy a motorcycle even close to this one. And it had it's own little reserved spot. Like it belonged here as much as him. He smiled, almost cheeky, the way he had so often as a boy before pocketing the keys and making his way back inside and up to finish getting dressed.

Jason found his way back down to the motorcycle once he was done with his normal afternoon busy work. Slipping on he just sat there and let the engine idle a bit. He had missed his bike. He sat there awhile before slipping off to look over each part to make sure everything was as It should be.

An hour or so later, he tore out into the night speeding.


B: Trixie
A few nights after the fight at the sleazy bar, Jason made his way to Trixie, after all, it was the best place to go when he missed his replacement, not that he would ever in any life admit that. Plus Loki was still there, and he hadn't gone to see the guy in awhile. Friendship, or whatever it was, was a two-way street. He gave a nod to the bouncer on his way in, if it was Nico a moment was spared to talk to his creepy friend.

After making his way inside he didn't go to the VIP but to the bar proper to sit and do his usual taking in of people around him. A book opened on the counter as he quietly read. He would go hunt Loki down soon but a chapter or two at the bar while he nursed a beer wasn't a big deal it would kill time.

C: Floor Six
It was pushing three am when the window near Jay's room slid back open. He always vanished around ten or eleven, stepping in he yanked the bag over his shoulder and he looked around at his roommates, if they were asleep or not. His jacket was zipped up as he made his way right to the bathroom. He made quick work of disarming the taser in his body armor and pulling it off in chunks. Each part he hides hidden in his bag as he made his way back out. The bag shoved in the trunk as he shed his pants and grabbed the red cloak up wrapping it around himself as he headed into the kitchen in just the boxers and cape. Making himself a bowl of cereal and moving to sit down at the TV.

D: Random Club
It was a Saturday night, and while he should be out patrolling, or god knows what else. He opted instead to shake off his loneliness by going to one of the clubs. He had even dressed the part, and styled his hair pretty neat, which wouldn't last if he actually danced with anyone. He hadn't told his roommates where he went, he never does after all. Once he got in, he went to the bar and had a couple drinks to start the night off. As the night went on, he eventually made his way to the floor.

He was feeling better as the night went on. Dancing with different people, and just generally pretending to be someone else. Jason Todd had a night off, so, he was trying to be like any other twenty three year old on a Saturday night. He wasn't looking for anyone to take home, just for a few minutes of unattached fun to the thumping club music.

[ A nosy godling leans over Jason's shoulder, his scent between apples and cinnamon in a simple white shirt and blue jeans like any other club-goer. ]

[ Jay hadn't expected Loki to appear while he was reading but he also shouldn't have been shocked. Jay had his brown leather jacket over a black shirt and jeans. His usual look. He lifted his head just a bit to grin.]

Three musketeers, though this isn't the version Ive read before. Books here always seem a little off. Nice to see you Loki. Looking good as always. [ Not that he could really see Loki from the angle, unless there is a mirror behind the bar like a lot of bars have.]

Is that the version where they all indulge in a fourway polyamorous marriage?

[ Jason needn't worry about seeing too little of Loki as he takes the stool next to him, legs folded and chin in-hand. ]

[ The godling was far to good looking to not look at. Jason slipped a marker in place but left the book open.]

Okay, well not that version but I would read that. [ He replied in a playful tone.]

No, in this one D'Artagnan is a woman, and I think their hinting at Athos is actually the king in desguise. It's weird but cool. I worked my way through Pride and Prejudice with Zombies, so really this is more interesting.

Athos was always my least favourite, I'm unsurprised. Have you brought the rest of a bookshop with you to read on my bar?

[ Calling the waiter over with a gesture, he nods to Jason to signal he can order whatever he wants. ]

Aramis is my favorite. And no, I came alone just for you of course. [ He teased before ordering a double whiskey. Once he ordered his attentions returned to Loki.]

I meant to come sooner but things came up.

Aramis reminded me of ... a guy from home.

[ He flicks his fingers to dismiss the thought and cocks an interested brow on Jason. ]

Better late than never. You're always a welcome addition here.

Is that a good or bad thing?

[ He was willing to let it drop if Loki ignored it though. He gave a slight shrug.]

I'll work on making better time for you. I've been working on a project that's just eaten up my time. Are you looking for a new bar fly, or someone else that can crunch numbers like Timbers?

[ A shrug is what Jason gets with Loki sticking to his preferred topic. ]

Ah, Tim. I do miss him, he was so stern and good-willed. [ When the bartender slides a glass of water to Loki, he sips it and hums thoughtfully. ] You can have his old job if you want it, I won't stop you. I can trust you.

[ Jason took note, but moved right along as well. Taking a drink from the glass. Before shrugging again.]

I was going to say, I'm nother as tech savvy as Tim. The old man had him running his business before Tim was sixteen. I can help if you need it, but I don't aim to replace Tim. That was more the other way around.

[ That's an answer which gains a soft snort and a kind look ... as well as an appreciative wink. ]

Tim is wonderfully bright and generous, but I can't imagine him owning the same hot hands as you do.

I would hope not. I like to think I'm the hot brother.

[ He teased a bit, though his mind still painted the image.]

He is all of those things. But, I refuse to be sad about him being gone though maybe he'll come back.

Rest assured.

[ He can't help a chuckle, fondly recalling the taste of Jason as he writhed under the attentions of Loki's lips. ]

Mm, maybe he will and maybe he won't have completely forgotten about his time here.

You sure know how to help a guys ego, silver tongue.

[ He at least was in high spirits tonight even with a depressing topic like Tim returning home to be dead.]

Hopefully but only time will tell. No sense in dwelling on it.

[ 'No sense in dwelling' says Jason, so Loki doesn't at the by-request. ]

And you, Jay, have you been ... shopping with anyone else lately?

[ He couldn't help a grin at the phrasing. ]

Not really, just checking a few shops out, nothings really caught my eye, you know how that goes I'm sure.

[ He arched a brow.]

... It's nothing, only. A thing.

[ Nothing but a thing, yes. Something he isn't sure how to put into words, which says a lot as Loki tries to hide the difficulty with a huffed smile. ]

[ The wording confused him a bit, losing track from point a to point b, so instead he finished his drink and turned to face Loki a bit more, setting the glass aside.]

Well, tell me about this thing, or person. Shockingly, I'm a good listener.

Um, he's in a coma.

[ Knocking back his water, he leans over the bar to pour himself another from the tap. ]

...shit, that sounds hard. I take you you and this guy are close?

[ He asked, his attentions still on the trickster. ]

No. Once, perhaps. [ A complicated matter, leaving Loki unable to define what he and Tony had in a single summary.

He glances at Jason then away to the rest of the club, feeling that acute stare. It's not the first time he's been reminded that Jason is not some normal nobody off the street with an attention span so keen as that. ]

I would prefer that he woke up, when all is said and done.

[ No, despite how he presents himself, he was trained to read between the lines, to watch people and pick up clues. Even when he doesn't care to follow Bruce's teachings they always sneak back in.

He nodded some, folding his arms over his chest.]

You should go visit him then. Even it's bothering you right? So, go see him, see how you feel.

I have, numerous times. [ And has left a decent gift of a golden apple to keep Tony healthy too, even if he can't wake up.

Loki shrugs and peers at Jason. ]

He didn't like me much, before. We argued. Is there any point beating myself up over someone who didn't even trust me to touch him?
