GLADIO 4/17
Whatever noises Gladio is making to try to wake him up right now, it's not really working. Knocks at the wall or door, shifting noises, words... He only replies with a deep breath and a quiet shift to his other side. He's too comfortable and spoiled, but he'll wake up eventually. Probably.]
Mm? [Eventually, if Gladio tries enough, he does manage this much.]
no subject
Oi! Eichi -- Tch, this isn't working.
[ He goes out of his room and to the next, lifts a fist and starts knocking - loudly - on the door. Not 'this is the police' kind of loud, but 'annoyed flatmate who should be about a mile into his morning ritual by now' kind. ]
Rise and shine, your majesty!
no subject
He really got way too excited last night and wiped out.]
I wish I could steal away some of that energy of yours.
no subject
[ Gladio sounds a little displeased at that, but he's used to this. Noct wasn't easy to rouse in the morning and he was sluggish until practically nightfall. But he's also tenacious. ]
Come on, get changed. We can get coffee on the way. [ Eichi's going to need a hell of a lot more than just coffee, Gladio... ]
no subject
[Let him live, it's the crack of dawn! He sighs gently, leading Gladio inside and letting him close the door as he heads straight for the kitchen.] I shouldn't have coffee, so let me just brew some tea while I'm changing. You can have some as well, Gladio-kun.
[Slowing down is fine, surely. He's at least moving quickly in setting up the tea, and once that gets started on the stove he'll go head over to the bedroom to grab his workout clothes...]
no subject
How quickly he forgets about Eichi's condition. ]
How late do those shows keep you up, anyway?
no subject
[He answers that a little shorter than he normally would. None of his sentences are nearly as long and rambling, but he's still polite, stepping away and behind a door to change. He'll leave it cracked just to keep talking to Gladio!!]
Last night, once I got back, I lost track of time and danced with Yuuri on the balcony until I couldn't stand.
[He's a little slow changing, but finally he steps out in suitable clothes for some exercise.] Don't worry, I'll drink the tea quickly.

MCCOY 4/17
It's not difficult to guess where he is, waking up like this to a too-bright ceiling, beeping machines and plain walls. Already, he doesn't like this at all. He still can't manage a proper grip with how tired his arms are, his vision is a little blurry, and when he sits up it makes the room spin a little. He coughs, a few times, covering it with a loosely curled fist. But already, he doesn't want to be here.
Reaching to carefully mute the heart monitor (how does he know how to do this??), he takes the equipment off of himself and stands up, hospital gown and all, creeping towards the window. The idea is to see how high up he is, and if he can just scale the building to leave. He hates hospitals.]
Re: MCCOY 4/17
[He's long gotten used to flight risks. Sometimes he goes so far as to even make Jim stay put by sedating him. Granted, those times are far and few between since Jim runs the moment he sees a hypospray. But this guy.
Shaking his head, he makes no move to stop him as he reads over his chart while leaning against the door frame.]
Kid... you're gonna settle down and get back in that bed or I will give you a little night cap to make ya. So be still and stop fussin'.
[Sighing softly, he slides the medical data under one arm and crosses his arms over his chest.] I'm Dr. McCoy, I'd say it was a pleasure to meet ya, Mr. Tenshouin, but it seems you are ready to leave my gracious company and take my patience with ya.
no subject
I was caught. ♪ Woops. [He coughs a few times after that, a little too violently, and raises a hand to cover his mouth. He takes careful steps back towards the bed.]
Can you blame me, Dr. McCoy? The walls are so bland in here, the lights are too bright, and there's no one I can speak to at all. I just overworked myself a little, but I'm fine.
no subject
Snorting softly, he reached out and flicked the lights off and gave the other a flat look.] One problem fixed. And I don't appreciate bein' called no one.
[Yes, this is his winning bedside manner. Pushing off of the door frame he walked into the room and pulled out his tricorder instead of the tools of the hospital. He knows how to use it, so best stick with what he knows. Waving it over the blonde, his eyes are on the readings more than anything else.]
Want my expert opinion? [Be prepared. He's gonna give it to ya.] You're actin' like a damn infant and don't listen to what your body is tellin' ya. You're 'bout as fine as an ice cube in the desert.
no subject
Now he could only crawl weakly back into bed and sigh at how even curling his fingers feels weaker than it should be.
Still, that tricorder thing isn't something he's seen before, and he eyes it curiously.]
Fufu, you're awfully blunt for a doctor. That technology isn't something that most of the doctors use here, either. [Since this is probably the fifth time he's been here already.] It looks more similar to that place I was before here...
[Is he even listening to these call outs? Barely.]
no subject
You mean that Eluvio place? Jim mentioned that.
[Not that it matters any to him. What matters is getting this kid back in good shape. Were they back on the Enterprise or he understood the current tech better, he had a feeling he could do a helluva lot more for the kid than he currently could.]
I'm from the twenty-third century Earth. Work on a starship and all that. [He gives the information like it is. Not like any of them would know about his reality or the kid would've recognized a tricorder when he sees it.]
Regardless, I have no qualms lockin' ya down, kid if you don't calm down and get some rest. And when I find out who had you gettin' so tuckered out I am gonna give 'em a piece of my mind. You got enough problems without tryin' to race to the grave.

YUURI 4/16
Ahh, I can't settle down at all like this... I really wish any of the others could see this. These different styles, this different scene... It's like I've been sent directly into a new world that Yumenosaki Academy was preparing me for.
[He's talking to himself, quietly, but not just that— quietly, he retries his steps, tries new steps he'd seen in other performers, thinks back on the energy of the crowd. He's exhausted, but he feels such a rush of energy! How could he stop?
This is great. This is so much better than on the Eluvio, where he could do nothing but wait around. Here, he could still reach for his dreams, and maybe hope that someday along the line he can find a worthy rival, or run into someone from the academy. Imagine that, imagine how things could be...]

Despite his focus on the text, a flicker of movement at the edge of his vision pulls him from his studies and makes him walk over to the balcony door. Is that...Eichi? He watches for a moment, taking in the familiar hair and figure, then pulls the door open.]
Eichi? [He pokes his head out, puzzled but amused.] You look like you're in a good mood.
no subject
[He certainly is in a good mood, exclaiming that name with more energy than he's normally prone to. He spins on his heels in another dance step, then holds out both of his arms as if to beckon him closer.]
You should have seen it. The lights, the set up, the crowd— it was as though I really had graduated and become head of the Tenshouin family, pursuing my dreams and inspiring everyone with my own music. There were so many interesting acts... It's been so long, I can't help but tremble with excitement!
Ahhh, I can't stop thinking back on it... ♪

You lost me. [Yuuri admits once he's closer.] Did you watch a show somewhere?

A building where you can receive medical help. You see, I pushed myself a little too far this morning and passed out. I'm being made to rest here for a while, unfortunately.
