[ His grin is sharp, even if its playfulness is clearly present. He weaves a little magic in the restraints, testing them with a tug. Finding them acceptable, he swings the rope in a frisky manner. Loki is excited about this, despite himself. It has been a while and Loki rarely bothers unless he can trust the person or they're on the same page.

This is not quite like that (trust is difficult even now, for Loki) but it is something new and Loki can taste the brightness on his tongue. ]

I might. Though that is not my intention today.

[ Steve watches Loki's playful show with interest, eyes on the rope as it swings and he considers what they are going to do. There is a little bit of trepidation and an awareness that things could go wrong, but Steve chooses not to indulge the doubts. Instead, he tilts his head and smiles with a relaxed calm. ]

Quinjet. I figure that probably won't come up.

[ There's a little challenge in his voice as he says that, putting on a show of being too comfortable on the bed. A part of him wants to taunt the god and push. After all, he can put up with a lot. ]

Give me your best.

[ A flash of bright teeth and Loki is on top of him like lightning, drawing Steve into a kiss as his hands grab Steve's, deftly looping the rope around his wrists and binding them quickly. He leans back with a satisfied smirk on his face, admiring his handiwork. ]

Try to break them.

[ He doesn't even attempt to fight the ropes being closed around his wrists, although as fast as Loki is, the way Steve deepens the kiss as he feels the cord on his skin shows he is well aware of his position. He could have fought if he wanted to. Instead he nips Loki's bottom lip as the god pulls back.

Looking at his wrists, Steve raises his eyebrow and then tightens his muscles. His neck and shoulders strain as he pulls his arms apart, putting a good amount of strength into breaking what should be simple ropes. And he's surprised when the loops don't tear against his pull. He's broken a lot tougher, and this trick is deserving of respect. ]

Huh. Well, it's stronger than the handcuffs they had. Good job.

[ Loki . . . well, it's hard to say he's beaming but his smile is far wider. He's still straddling Steve's waist, though he's not particularly heavy. With a luxuriant stretch, Loki bends to cover Steve, kissing him again deeply, his fingers curling around Steve's own, pressing them down. ]

Shall we play, Captain?

[ He almost laughs at the question delivered to him like he's being taunted. There's a familiar note in the way Loki purrs it out, not quite like he might offer a threat but in the same vein of implying more than he's actually asking. Steve eyes the god above him, then rolls his hips up, a sharp, short jerk of motion that's meant to rub the nerves conveniently positioned above his torso. ]

If you think you can keep up. A little magic thread isn't going to give you that much of an advantage. I hope that isn't your whole plan for me.

[ It is Loki's turn to chuckle, a low rich sound as he cups Steve's face. His hair falls over like a dark curtain, obscuring the rest of the view, save for his face. ]

It is not about the thread, it is about leaving yourself open.

[ Loki trails his finger down Steve's face, over his cheek and neck. Once he reaches the collar, he starts to pop the buttons open. ]

Vulnerable. Never knowing what may come next.

[ Steve hums in answer, his eyelids lowering to shutter his gaze as he enjoys the soft purr of Loki's voice and feels his fingers at his shirt, loosening the buttons. He raises his head, licking his lips as he meets Loki's eyes. The god's face is just out of reach. ]

C'mere.

[ Loki's laugh could curl a person's toes in sensual, dark and decadent. As he pushes the shirt aside, he murmurs. ]

Trying to command me? You'll have to do better than that.

[ Steve arches his back, moaning softly at the way Loki laughs. It sends a ripple down his spine that pools as warmth in his stomach and he rolls his hips a few times beneath the god. Then his eyes focus. He seems to finally register the words as a challenge and something bright fills his eyes. He yanks his tied hands up and loops his arms around Loki's head, pulling him closer. ]

I can do better.

[ He doesn't seem to mind being tugged, lying lazily on Steve like a large cat, propping up his head with his elbows placed on either side of Steve's head. He kisses a line up Steve's jaw to the corner of his lips before deepening it. He crosses his arms over Steve's chest with a smirk. ]

Shall we make a game of it then? Whoever pleads first loses.

[ Steve returns the kiss eagerly when Loki finally offers it, arching his neck as he tries to take all he can of the god's mouth, tongue seeking out the heat behind his lips, claiming him in whatever small way he can. He's breathing a bit harder when Loki ends it, a little impatiently, but Steve looks content. ]

You know I don't lose, right? I don't beg.

[ Loki makes a tut-tut sound, nibbling on Steve's lower lip. ]

There's a first time for everything. Especially since I have you in chains. So to speak.

[ Steve parts his lips, his eyes starting to close as Loki teases him. He shifts beneath the weight pressing him down, impatience starting to kick in. ]

You're pretty confident in your "chains". Might just have to break 'em.

Oooh. And then what would you do?

[ His head moves lower, kissing down Steve's chest. He pauses before flicking his tongue over a nipple playfully. ]

[ Steve breathes out, his shoulders pulling back as he leans toward the flick of Loki's tongue. His wrists strain against the rope, but not enough to break it. It's just a show for the moment, just a demonstration. ]

I could have you pinned down on this bed. See how you do if you can't move.

[ His voice drops to a low growl. ]

I wanna see what you look like.

[ A noticeable shiver runs through Loki's spine, but he does not show any other signs of being affected. His hair tickles Steve's chest as he kisses the nipple, curling his tongue around it. ]

Bold words, Captain. But I have yet to see it.

[ With a loud smack of his lips, Loki lifts slightly to move to the other nipple, continuing his slow torture. ]

[ He hisses as Loki's taunt turns to sensual attention that has him shivering, the pleasure sliding down his body like an electric current. He bucks his hips, arching his body while Loki teases him. The stroke of his tongue making Steve moan and tug on the rope again. ]

You keep that up and I'll do more than pin you.

[ He tugs harder, straining at the magical ties with more insistence. It's easier for Steve to just rebel rather than ask for more. ]

Tell me what you will do to me then. See if you can stop me.

[ The slow crawl continues to Steve's navel. His teeth find the zipper as he tugs it down expertly. With a flourish, he lifts his head to shoot Steve a satisfied grin. ]

[ Steve makes a noise somewhere between a groan and a whine, head tilting down so he can see Loki poised above him. His eyes are dark with desire and he breathes in a sharp breath through his teeth. ]

Damn it.

[ Stop him. Loki threw that dare down, but Steve doesn't want it to stop. He makes another frustrated noise and raises his hands so he can bite his knuckles. ]

[ Loki chuckles as his cool hands palm Steve's underwear, tracing teasing circles close to his cock. Then he leans closer, breathing over it as his fingers hook themselves over the waistband to tug it down tantalizingly slow. ]

You don't have to fight it. You could simply lie back and let me work you, inside out. While you struggle for me, keen for me. Having me so close, you can taste me in the air. Would you like that, Steve?

[ The briefs are down down. Loki licks his lips. ]

[ The patient, teasing circles are maddening. Steve breathes heavily around his fist, trying not to groan, trying to hold back the all too telling sounds that catch in his throat. [ Giving up control is a foreign concept to him, but the velvety invitation makes his entire body feel too warm. Steve looks down at Loki with desperate, dazed eyes, surprised to see his own naked flesh. ]

[ Loki's eyes flash in victory. I win, it seems to say, loud and clear and his face is triumphant in its glory. Without further ado, Loki moves his mouth over Steve's cock, licking a stripe down and ending it with a flick. ]
