"No, I cannot. However..." Draco didn't finish what he was going to say. Instead, he let his words fade off. Then, "I know what it is like to be branded. To be... trapped by fanaticism." He then glanced around again. "At least, I assume that is what this is about, some form of fanatic group."

"Cultists. We were their lambs in their attempts to summon a demon from hell." He didn't mention that they'd been successful.

"Immortality and World Domination, that is what ours sought." There was a long moment in which Draco fought with himself. "If you ever wish to talk about this, or wish to know more, you can ask me outside of this memory." Draco rubbed at the place where the scar remained, the only sign of the Dark Mark left upon his forearm. He had thought sixteen young, and yet... Ciel had endured a similar pain at a younger age.

"Riches and power, immortality. It's always the same thing." Some people were so lacking in creativity. Of course, so was he but he'd been young. "I wished for revenge."
And he was the one the demon chose.
"I'm not sure what I'd talk about, a lot happened that month, but I do appreciate that. I'm sure we could find something to discuss though or I would think of something to ask."

"True enough. Honestly, I'm not one to talk about emotions. Still." Draco's eyes roamed more. There really was nothing left to say about it. It wasn't like they were sitting down for tea. "I once had someone try to help. I'm not sure it would have helped if I had let him, but I feel like he would have tried to offer something. Some observation or just to listen. Since he can't... this is my poor attempt. But please, do not share that I have." Draco then made a dramatic and put-upon expression. "The thought of everyone thinking I would listen to all of their problems. It is terrifying."

"Don't worry, I won't speak a word of it to anyone." And Ciel laughed softly, something he was getting more practice with since the portal had drawn him in. Really, he was living more here than he had in England. "I can imagine it would be. This entire situation is terrifying for me."
Kind of. Some things he's dealt with haunted him, and he hated people seeing any of this and possibly pitying him.

"So, how exactly do we get out of this? I'm still not sure on that front." At least Draco did not pity Ciel for this. There was a sadness there that the boy had experienced this type of situation, but no pity. He obviously overcame the trauma. Or, at least, learned to live with it. Pity was useless and helped no one.

"Last time, I woke up shortly after the memory ended. Before it ended a second time otherwise." Well, Undertaker had woken. He'd never actually been aware enough in dreams before to make himself wake up.
