[It's night and in a room that had two large canopied beds. One bed is empty, the other has a young Ciel laying under his quilts, coughing and trying to catch his breath. The door to the room creaks open and an identical child enters the room, slipping to his brothers side and placing a hand on his shoulder.]

Ciel..?

I warmed up some milk for you.

[In his hand is a steaming cup and the sickly twin sits up, taking the cup in both hands as the healthy one sits on the edge.]

It's full of honey so it'll be yummy and good for your throat. It's hot so drink slowly.

[And he sips at it, smiling.]

-It's good. [Almost like he's surprised that his brother managed it but his brother always was amazing to him. Strong and healthy and kind, there wasn't anything he couldn't do.

Once the cup is empty, they curl up together in bed.]

Don't tell Gramps! "Nothing sweet before bedtime! You'll get cavities!"

[And the sickly twin giggles, turned towards his brother.]

Ah-ha-ha! You sound just like him!

[And that's how they stay until they fall asleep.]
