(A week after recovering from a cold which had stripped her of all her powers and then knocked her clean out for a couple days, Lucretia sends a message to Loki. She's keen to flex her magic after losing it so pathetically, check everything is still up to standard, and who better to practice on than a god? She doesn't have to worry about hurting him and she can test the limits of her shields, think on ways to improve them. It's a win-win situation for her.
For Loki, he gets the uh... satisfaction, perhaps, of making her most powerful spells look minuscule in comparison? A chance to test his abilities? Or maybe just an opportunity to show off in front of Taako, who, for some reason, is also here.)

[ Loki blinks, surprised and a little stung. Some do battle, others do tricks. Instead he adjusts his vambrace to disguise his reaction. ]

(In light of Lucretia having finally woke up, Lup has decided to come and visit. Lucretia's feeling positive about it; she needs something to distract from the thought of Beverly lying unconscious in a bed at the hospital. She's been told to wait for her recovery at the apartment. The hospitals are fuller than usual because of the nanobot virus and running low on resources, so she'd only be getting in the way by trying to stick close to Beverly's side.
Even so, she's not exactly happy when her company comes calling. At least Lup has never seen the apartment before- or the cats- so there will be plenty to show her. Lucretia opens the door still feeling a little frazzled. It's only been a day after she's woken back up and she hasn't been to bed since. She feels both full of energy and overtired; a strange combination.)

[ Lup looks like she's been comatose, really. There's no easy way around it - she looks like her eye bags have eye bags, and she's still a little too weak for her own taste. That doesn't mean for a second that she's not gung-ho at once to see Lucretia, and the bright smile she gives her friend overrides her hot mess look. ]

[ That sweet touch and concerned lookover she gets just makes her want to hug Lucretia even more, and she slings her arms over the other woman and squeezes her close. ]

(Lucretia can't imagine she looks any different but that doesn't stop her from returning the hug with similar gusto. It's easy to relax into Lup's familiar embrace. She feels better already when she leans back, but the attempt to mirror Lup's enthusiastic smile falls pretty flat.)

[ Lup moves back a bit to look Lucretia over, and her brow furrows when she hears that Beverly is still that bad. ]
