who: Jason Todd what: Jason adjusting to the changes in his life, the loss and return of friends new and old, and other such adventures. when: April 1st - 20th where: The Kent House and around the Perimeter. warnings: Will update.
[Roy's never really asleep. Like most masked superheroes and vigilantes, he never quite goes the whole way and passes out - that kind of thing is reserved for after a good knock on the head when he can't help it. But he's pretty close, when Jason starts padding into the room.
He doesn't wake up when Jason leans over the bed, though he wrinkles his nose and stirs slightly because even in his sleep he can feel those blue eyes on him. But when Jason grabs the mattress and flips it, he's awake in half a second.
Not that it stops him from flipping over onto the floor with an undignified squawk and a loud thump. Almost immediately, he's scrabbling for his bow and he has an arrow half-nocked before he realizes who flipped him. Blinking blearily (and a little stupidly), he stares at his attacker for a moment.]
[ Jason would have been more shocked if Roy had been in a deep peaceful sleep. He might have suspected exhaustion or liquor. He had seen Roy doze off on inventions before but never fully gone. Jason had a sense of humor but he didn't always get to let it show back home a lot, between the assassins and his revenge and the jetset life. The moon was quiet for the most part so the playful side of the former Robin had resurfaced with time.
He couldn't help the devilish grin that crossed his face as he stood in the dark room looking at his former partner with his bow already pulled up. Good job, Harper, good job. Only once he heard Roy speak his name did he hold a hand out, with no care about the bow to help Roy up if he took his hand. ]
Do other guys flip you out of bed, Harper? Who else would it be?
