Wing!
Got some speakers. We could go train or something and set up my music so you can hear the music from my world. Up for it?
yay!
I am. That sounds wonderful. When and where should I meet you?

He didn't mind the location, really. At least there they had the space to play the music without disturbing anyone and Makoto could more easily display his Persona. Without disturbing anyone in a much less acceptable manner.

Not far at all. He can be there in a matter of minutes if he really wanted, but he'll take a leisurely walk over there when Makoto decides.

It wasn't a chance he got often before heading into Tartarus. They usually didn't waste time since it was only there for an hour. And their muscles still ached after because of the strain of being active during the Dark Hour.

"Is it going well?"
no subject
"Pretty well, yeah. What about you? Everything good?"

"I figure, since we'll be working together, you should probably meet Orpheus and Messiah. The only problem is that summoning them... is a little uncomfortable for other people."

"Those of us in SEES call this an Evoker. We can't summon a Persona without the reminder of death since what we do always comes with that threat. We have to be accepting of death."
He wanted the explanation out of the way at least so that there wouldn't be too much worry as he raised the Evoker to his head and pulled the trigger with a muttered 'Orpheus' just before a pale blue fog enveloped him and Orpheus appeared behind him, lyre in hand.
"This is Orpheus, Master of Strings."

Does it hurt? Does the human kill himself, in a way, to bring out his warrior? Not that the warrior itself isn't impressive. Technology like this doesn't exist even in his own world, so it's a surprise all over again to see it appear. But Wing does flinch slightly, one hand twitching toward Makoto in an effort to offer aid when none is needed, to see him pull the trigger.
Once he's certain Makoto is okay, he turns his attention toward the Persona. "Incredible. I will admit, that was startling to see you call... this being forth." Now that he knows what to expect, it won't pull his attention sideways if they do need to fight together. "Hello, Orpheus."
no subject
It didn't hurt though, even as Makoto's head snapped to the side after he pulled the 'trigger.' He did sometimes wish he had it as easy as Yu and his team did. Cards seemed much easier than worrying about what other people might think.
"Greetings." Came Orpheus' reply, with a dip of his head, but his voice came from the speaker in his abdomen than anything else.
"They're, ah, not very talkative. Especially Orpheus. Thanatos just kind of screamed the first time I accidentally summoned him."
no subject
"Oh? Is he... a part of you? I'm afraid I don't fully understand."
no subject
"Kind of. The way Igor explained it is that a Persona is a manifestation of a users psyche. Kind of a mask that protects us through hardships.
"I have the Wild Card ability, so I can use all sorts of Persona while everyone else is limited to just one."
no subject
"So he is you, but he isn't at the same time. You said he wasn't very talkative." He looks to Makoto, then back to Orpheus again. "I feel a little rude, speaking of him like this, not addressing him."
no subject
"Not really. None of them are, except the first time Orpheus heeded my call." He turned his head, smiling, and Orpheus fades away. "Since they're just a part of us. And, in mythology, Orpheus lost the ability to speak anyway."
no subject
"That's extraordinary, it is. I haven't seen him fight for you, but I know you trust him, being a part of who you are. What I have won't be able to just appear and disappear at will, so I don't foresee startling you. Just simple blades."
no subject
"He's kind of limited, since he was the first Persona to heed my call, but he'll use his lyre as a weapon or he sets things on fire for me. He saved me a few times with that. And if I had Apsaras with me, he could heal wounds but Messiah can handle that now."
