[The snap comes almost instantly. She's reflexively bristly about accepting offers of help, though she's been trying to stop the knee jerk reactions. The urge to yank her hand away any time someone takes it, literally or figuratively.

She looks like she regrets it as she realizes she's done it again, her voice quieter, and her eyes directed off to the trees as if she's trying to busy herself looking elsewhere while also just checking for creatures.

She speaks up again, softer and apologetic in tone.]

I could use having someone to talk parts with. I don't know what more than half the things I pick up are.

[ Even without a few months to get used to how Bucky talks, Clark wouldn't have been bothered by the snap. She's a survivor and she's honest. He's not so trusting to think nobody would ever have taken advantage of Rey or tried to manipulate her. He knows that being alone makes for a prime target. (He was.)

He nods in understanding and gives her the name of his contact. It's up to her if Rey wants to follow through by meeting her. ]

She's usually there in the early morning and closes up shop before lunch.

[ Clark doesn't know much about pricing but he knows who isn't out to exploit others. ]
