Weird. He felt..weird. More-so than usual. More disoriented, now that he thought about it. Slowly but surely he starts to realize that a couple of people were actually helping him down along a hallway. Curious, he let's their guidance play out and finds himself being settled in a nicely cleaned up room. With an impressed look, Joker flops on the bed and stares up at the ceiling. His head tilts to the side slowly, beady black eyes sliding closed as he indulges in a brief little nap.
When he wakes and is all straightened up, he's led somewhere to watch some cornball video. He sits there with his chin in one hand, and eventually uses his free hand to mock what's he's watching, hand moving in time with the words to make it seem like it's talking. When given the chance to ask questions, he mostly focuses on details concerning the network, the devices, and how the system worked. Pleased enough with the answers they gave him, Joker is next led to a place where he's interviewed. He of course gives them a fake name and occupation, to which they offer him a position somewhere.
He feigns thinking about it and declines with a smile. A rather nice attendant leads Joker out and through the city to where the housing--wait a minute. They were for real on a moon? Here he thought that stupid video was pulling his leg somehow. Not his first time on a moon or planet of some kind, but he finds himself pausing nonetheless. That planet in the distance must be the whatever-the-video-called-it. Certainly wasn't Earth.
Not his Earth anyway. Still not saying much, Joker resumes his walk with the attendant, who still answers any extra questions he may have about money, the buildings themselves, what they're made out of, the presence of any possible police force..important things like that. Arriving at the apartment building he was given, Joker takes it from there and bids the attendant goodbye. He watches them leave and looks to the building for a long moment. Then he walks away from it, his device in hand. He slips it into his pocket and heads for the nearest shopping area. It's late, but he finds no issues with time here. At least not for the places he went to.
First off? The cosmetics store for some hair dye. Setting up his money via his device was easy, and after that was taken care of, Joker wandered about and headed for a clothing store that caught his eye. He made sure to avoid looking at anyone that may stand out and purchased a new, drab outfit. Light blue button up shirts, a long overcoat, a brown hat. He came out of the store wearing everything, not only paying for it, but letting the clerk live despite them not laughing at what was clearly a great joke! Mentally he put them on the list and made them number one and headed for a place to add some realistic plastics to his face.
Nothing extravagant: a nose to cover the shape of his own, some spray to make him look tanned and cover up his chalk white skin. His lips were given a nude colored make-up type treatment and away he went once again. There was one last thing for him to get: something to relax the muscles in his face so his trademark smile wasn't so big. So Joker. Once home, he threw it all together and in a few hours gave himself an examination in the mirror. Tanned skin, short, trimmed brown hair, and a pair of contacts he picked up along the way. The muscle relaxers were working splendidly to the point that Joker felt amused at just how different he really did look.
He gave his skin a couple of firm smacks to test the tanning stuff and did the same with his head to test the dye. Yup, all good. Joker winked at his reflection. "You magnificent bastard." He complimented, blowing his mirror self a kiss.
Now well and truly disguised, Joker--as Ashley Flournette--stepped out of his apartment to be greeted by a beautiful day. He hated it, but did a good job looking more curious than angry about it. He could be such an amazing actor when he put his mind to it. Clad in brown slacks, brown shoes, and a button up shirt with light blue stripes on it, Ash takes in the sights...but he isn't sure where to go first.
So he turns to the nearest person and asks them for help, instead. "Excuse me." He begins, contacts showing off not beady black eyes but soft blues, "I'm new here. I was wondering if you knew any good places to visit for a fresh face like myself?"

ZOO 4 U!
Something his world might refer to as a basilisk lays slothfully at the edge of its clear cage(?). There is hardly any border between Bruce and the beasts contained in the zoo, but they stay enclosed all the same in surreal habitats. The feathery serpent helps itself along with a row of sharp scales that protrude from its middle almost like fangs. And despite how little it entertains the viewers, Bruce stands there with his hands in his jacket pockets transfixed the strange detailing. ]

Beautiful creature.
[Ash comes to stop a few short feet away from Bruce, his eyes on the same as the young boy.]

[ Although, for all Bruce knows, it may have been the simplest process with their advanced technology. After a moment, though, he turns his head to get a better look at the man who initiated small talk. He is nothing out of the ordinary, at least based on his attire. ]

You'd be surprised, young man. Animals can be tricked and lured as well as any human.
