[ Well, this is an interesting development. His advice is rarely requested, merely his aid. At least this isn't someone just asking him to fix his problems. ]

Many, though I doubt our bodies work the same way. [ Whatever that means. ] Train until you can't move. Hit your limit every day. And take advantage of all the different people brought here by using them to show you new ways of fighting.
