when:the 6th-20th.
where: Around the Quarantine.
warnings: Violence, and language will update with more.

A: Communal housing & Garage
The last thing Jason had expected upon getting home from work and showering was the sound of the front door. After a quick conversation with another member of the Parameter Guard and a familiar set of keys shoved in his hands, Jason ran down to the elevator without bothering with a shirt or shoes. When he saw the red and chrome machine he couldn't help but smile. He had been saving since he arrived to try and buy a motorcycle even close to this one. And it had it's own little reserved spot. Like it belonged here as much as him. He smiled, almost cheeky, the way he had so often as a boy before pocketing the keys and making his way back inside and up to finish getting dressed.

Jason found his way back down to the motorcycle once he was done with his normal afternoon busy work. Slipping on he just sat there and let the engine idle a bit. He had missed his bike. He sat there awhile before slipping off to look over each part to make sure everything was as It should be.

An hour or so later, he tore out into the night speeding.

B: Trixie
A few nights after the fight at the sleazy bar, Jason made his way to Trixie, after all, it was the best place to go when he missed his replacement, not that he would ever in any life admit that. Plus Loki was still there, and he hadn't gone to see the guy in awhile. Friendship, or whatever it was, was a two-way street. He gave a nod to the bouncer on his way in, if it was Nico a moment was spared to talk to his creepy friend.

After making his way inside he didn't go to the VIP but to the bar proper to sit and do his usual taking in of people around him. A book opened on the counter as he quietly read. He would go hunt Loki down soon but a chapter or two at the bar while he nursed a beer wasn't a big deal it would kill time.

C: Floor Six
It was pushing three am when the window near Jay's room slid back open. He always vanished around ten or eleven, stepping in he yanked the bag over his shoulder and he looked around at his roommates, if they were asleep or not. His jacket was zipped up as he made his way right to the bathroom. He made quick work of disarming the taser in his body armor and pulling it off in chunks. Each part he hides hidden in his bag as he made his way back out. The bag shoved in the trunk as he shed his pants and grabbed the red cloak up wrapping it around himself as he headed into the kitchen in just the boxers and cape. Making himself a bowl of cereal and moving to sit down at the TV.

D: Random Club
It was a Saturday night, and while he should be out patrolling, or god knows what else. He opted instead to shake off his loneliness by going to one of the clubs. He had even dressed the part, and styled his hair pretty neat, which wouldn't last if he actually danced with anyone. He hadn't told his roommates where he went, he never does after all. Once he got in, he went to the bar and had a couple drinks to start the night off. As the night went on, he eventually made his way to the floor.

He was feeling better as the night went on. Dancing with different people, and just generally pretending to be someone else. Jason Todd had a night off, so, he was trying to be like any other twenty three year old on a Saturday night. He wasn't looking for anyone to take home, just for a few minutes of unattached fun to the thumping club music.

Hana couldn't help a laugh, herself, because there was something in what he'd said that she could definitely relate to - and it was that she had no real idea what people her age do. She'd been in the limelight since she was sixteen, a little bit even before that, and then she became a soldier; her life had been anything but normal for some time. So she tipped her glass at him and offered her own playful look.

"Alright, deal. It'll be an adventure! Just us doing what other people our age do. Whatever that is."

She took another sip of her drink before she added, "I actually know the DJ who's opening tonight, so. I thought I'd come out and show my support."

Maybe these two had more in common - apart from both being attractive - than they thought. At the moment, though, Hana certainly didn't intend to delve into any of that; she started taking up her drink a little faster and even moreso at Jason's suggestion. And maybe that was a little dangerous, since he was just having a beer and she was having liquor, but screw it. Her lips only left the straw long enough to interject,

"You know, I'm pretty sure this is going to be a different kind of dancing from the masquerade."

She was teasing, clearly, but only because he'd said "cut a rug" like some old school guy, and it reminded her of when they danced to what was basically the polar opposite of the music they would be dancing to now.

The remainder of her drink went up, then, and she didn't take her eyes off of Jason as she did so. She was just short of slamming the glass back down onto the bar, but she discarded it and then reached out to grab at Jason's arm.

"Come on!"

Not going to lie - Hana soaked up the "siren" comment like a sponge. She was entertained by the idea of being this powerful woman leading men to their doom (#goals, honestly) and she certainly enjoyed Jason's flattery. It wasn't anything she didn't already know, of course, but it never hurt to hear it. She tossed him a look over her shoulder as she led them to the crowd of people already on the dance floor.

"Smooth talker. You say that to every girl?"

Again, teasingly, but soon there wouldn't be much room to talk when they entered the crowd. It was beginning to build, as time came closer to when her friend would do his set as he had a substantial following of his own, and Hana didn't want to get stuck in the back. Near-ish the front, where people really knew how to have a good time - that would do. So when they'd woven through enough people to get there Hana stopped and spun to face Jason again - this time looking up at him since he was quite tall and being in the crowd had put them close to each other - as she began to sway to the rhythm and leaned in a little so he could hear her.

"Alright, show me your moves, Jason!"

Blue eyes met her darker, brown ones, and hers never left him either. Everyone else on the dance floor were scrubs. Secretly, though, she was glad she ran into Jason. She wouldn't have had a problem being in a club full of strangers, but it always helped to have a buddy around. Or a buddy you always flirted with.

Her peach-tinted lips curled in a smirk as they danced together; it wouldn't be long, now, until she started feeling the drink she'd just downed. She was starting to feel pretty hot in the middle of all these people, but her body felt more loose, tension easing out of her, as she got more and more into the music. When her acquaintance finally entered the scene and introduced himself, hyping up the crowd before he started working the booth with something fast and building, Hana cheered and jumped and nearly bumped into Jason in the process.

"Woops! My bad," she laughed, although her tone didn't really suggest that she was sorry. "You're gonna love this, though. His tracks really build! And then when the drop hits— wow."

She barely even noticed his hand hovering around her, acting as an unspoken barrier between her and the creeps that she was sure were around but paid no mind to. After the initial wave of energy that hit the crowd once the set started, she went back to swaying and dancing without all the jumpings. She kept looking back up at Jason, as though she were waiting for him to react, and under all of the neon and strobe it was almost like she was glowing.

One of the most striking things about Hana (and D.Va) was that she had a spark about her - and that spark was contagious. It was exactly why she became such a popular figure at home, and even more popular hero. Even in the midst of a war that had gone on for the last twenty years, people found themselves cheerful and hopeful when they watched her. But it wasn't just when she was fighting or making public appearances - she was like that in private, too.

(Or, at least, in private with other people.)

So the way she regarded Jason, it was almost like she was trying to get him excited, too.

"I'm glad I ran into you here!"
