[ Clark wouldn't have minded introducing them but he understands Taako wanting him to make the most of his limited time. ]

[Taako just smiles, waving the thanks away.]

No one's gonna interrupt you.

[And then he steps inside, waving a hand over the door to magically lock it behind him.

Time to go read a book or something, although he's not really expecting Clark to stick around once the console disappears; Taako figures he might need some time alone.]

[ An hour is more time than he thought he'd have with Jor-El. Clark writes down everything he can even though he'll remember it fine. He pockets the key when the AI fades away.

The door unlocks, so he makes a beeline for Taako and embraces him in a bear hug.

How— [Oh nope okay that's a hug happening. It startles a little laugh out of Taako as he returns the hug, patting Clark on the back.] All good?

[ He pulls back and beams. ]

They've got some pretty fancy shit, I bet they'd find a way to make it work. If not, you know, you've still got Taako.

[ Clark decides to go in for a second hug. He may be hovering off the floor in joy too.
