Kate smiled up at him. "It just takes practice Jason. You have to talk to your family, to people, and Russian." She laughed a little at that. "I know Spanish but that's it." She wasn't fluent but she was learning by necessity.

"So you know that." She teased a little bit. "So when you want to get better at those things. You know you can." Kate had faith in him.

"Thanks for holding me up." Kate laughed a little breathlessly as the wheels to her skate guided her forward. "Are you having fun?" She hoped so. It looked so much easier to him. Maybe she should find something harder next time… not that Kate expected there to be a next time but they could hang out and find things to do.
