[OPEN/MINGLE] i'm worse at what i do best
who: Jyushimatsu & ALL
what: SLUMBER PARTY!
when: A few days after this network post
where: Matsu House
warnings: Potentially sad moments from Jyushi, but otherwise none!

[ Jyushimatsu kept things rather simple for his party. When he enthusiastically welcomes you to his house, dressing in his plain blue pyjama, you notice the dim light coming from various candles set all around the living room. The floor is covered up with a large futon, blankets, and few pillows, hopefully enough for the guests. He had moved the furniture around so there would be a wide space in the middle of the room, where a TV is already lit and ready for use. All you need to do is dress up in your PJ and the party will begin!
First, there will be movies! Whatever the guests brought can be picked for watching, whether it's got horror flicks or romantic tropes or explosive action. There's a wide choice of non-alcoholic drinks and junk food if you love stuffing yourself with them while time goes on.
Second, there are games! Jyushimatsu found a game console and a few games to play, some of which are the exact sort of party games that would break friendships and cause an all-out war. If you're a sore loser, you better not try to cause damage to the house or the host will kick you out! On the less digital side, there are board games stacked up to the side. Things like UNO, or Risk. More reasons to break friendships, supposedly.
Third but not least important, the guests can all sit in a circle and either tell each other random/weird/scary stories or play Truth Or Dare, Would You Rather, or anything else that comes to mind as the night air flows and eventually you'll start feeling sleepy and about to conk out.
Whichever direction this party will take, Jyushimatsu hopes you all have as much fun as possible! ]
((OOC: this is a mingle log, meaning you can post top levels and everyone can tag you! If you want to set up a mingling top level for the various games, go ahead! Even if you didn't reply to the network post you can still have your character show up.
Tag around and enjoy!))

[ baseball >>>>>>>>>>>>>> money ]
Well, it's not really full of gambling places. There are soooooo many restaurants! I had at least four counting in my house's range!

But hold up-]
Pa-chin-ko?
[This is definitely a new word.]

It's like a game of pinball, but all you've gotta do is send the ball down and hope it never drops to the bottom! There are boxes that makes you win more balls and money!

[She seems very determined, even, to do so. Pachinko machine, fucking watch out.]

[ Please don't ruin your life on Pachinko addiction! He'd feel sad and guilty. ]

[CHILDREN RIGHTS!!!! CHILDREN RIGHTS!!!!]
no subject
Because! If they get addicted to it, things would get very ugly! Uglier than what'd happen to an adult!

I guess the damage is less about material things and more about brain stuff that can perma mess up a kid all the way to adulthood! People would probably like to prevent that!
no subject
............ I think it is a little too late for that, for me.
no subject
Uh... I'm sorry about that!
[ He doesn't know what else to say to that without accidentally offending. ]
no subject
Was that too awkward?
I am still learning — 'social skills'.
[He even does quotes with her fingers.]
no subject
[ Not quite the wording he was looking for but whatever!! He chuckles to lift the air. ]
But it wasn't too much, don't worry, I just don't wanna bring up things that'd make you sad!
no subject
Most of it doesn't make me sad. It's just normal to me.
I'm just not very — typical, is all.
But... if you are worried about me gambling... I will stay away from it. Like drugs.
no subject
But he pushes that aside, nodding proudly. ]
Good! Wait until you're 20 before you decide to throw your paycheck away for Pachinko!
The arcades are a great alternative in the meantime!
