[ Oof. Guess that answers where his kisses went. He holds onto Billy's arms, then decides he's not in the slightest interested in listening to a lack of Loki-centric news and more insane titles (space king hasn't met Odin, he wagers) and ducks in to nip him on the join of a neck, sucking hard as he latches on.

[ Solution: leave so many lovebites in the future that Billy goes back to not giving a damn about them. That's a project for later, though.
