Okay, so she totally has a point about that. Eddie knows Cisco, and he knows himself, he knows their relationship. Cisco would make things challenging, certainly, he could even build a machine that could train with Eddie that would go hard enough to make it a real struggle. But he'd never actually be trying to push him past particular limits. Eddie wouldn't be able to do that for Cisco either.

"Huh. I get you. So you're saying you'd be a better trainer because you would want to hurt me?"

He says it with a hint of humor, but he means what he says, at the same time. And he thinks she would actually be a pretty good trainer. When she goes for her hair, though, and lets the mass of it fall over her shoulders, looks behind herself at him, he laughs.

"Nice try, but Cisco's is still the best. No offense."

A wink, and he takes another pull of his beer.
