I. Open Threads
As the month dragged on, Akira found it harder to do certain things. It was easy to stay awake, but it was hard to stay up straight. Sometimes things blurred, sounds muffled, lights seemed to go in color blocked streaks. His body ached in the joints and his back tightened. It almost felt like he had been rampaging through Mementos for hours on end. If Morgana was there? He would probably tell the leader of the Phantom Thieves to take it easy for a few days. Get over whatever it was plaguing him.

He stumbled on his way up the stairs to the floor that his bed was on. He winced a few times, feeling pains from the injuries that had healed up from when he was kept in questioning. He dropped his bag beside his bed and closed his eyes. More sleep just might help...

II. Persona Cast [Going into Coma]

A few days had passed. He didn't really notice. All he was aware of was that he was going in and out of being asleep. It was hard to tell time passage, other than it being light outside or dark outside. Akira tried to keep track of it, but, eventually let it slip. He rolled over from side to side a few times in his sleep.

Things were still blurry every time he opened his eyes. Sounds either were too loud or too muffled to really discern what was going on. At one point he eventually folded the pillow over the side of his head in order to drown everything out.

'I just want to sleep...' Akira shut his eyes tightly. Of course, the thought was mildly amusing to him. Somewhere in the back of his head? It was an amusing thought. He'd been asleep most of the last few days.

Haru sat beside Akira, a mildly worried expression crossing her face momentarily. Akira had been asleep for a good chunk of the recent days, and she could not help but feel that something was wrong - but she could not figure out what.

So all she could do was stay by him as much as she could. If she could get some idea as to what was going on, maybe...

"You've been sleeping for a while, Akira-kun." She pauses. "Have you been feeling alright? Other than sleepy, I mean..."

He stirred when he heard Haru's voice. Akira forced his eyes open to look up at her--or at least her shape. All the colors blurred and there was hardly a distinction of what was her and what was anything else. It took a moment, but the Phantom Thief eventually sat up long enough to press his head against her shoulder. He could fall asleep right there.

"Hmn... not really..."
