Died. A few weeks ago. [A beat.] It, uh, didn't take.

[Somehow not the worst of it.]

[timmers]

That's. An understatement. [Tim blinks. Okay, so everyone's died at least once except him. Cool. He hadn't realized that had happened when everything with Shiva went down.]

It sounds like that's not all of it, though. What happened after that?

[cassassin]

[Deep breath. Low voice.]

Came back, with a Lazarus Pit. Found out what... the Society did. To Bludhaven. Tried to help Freeze. Just... made his wife into a monster.

And I... Nyssa, Shiva, the League, they... [They finally answered her questions. Showed her who and what she was. Maybe what she can't escape being. She doesn't like the answers she found. She clenches one hand into a fist on the table, white-knuckled. Her voice is tense, strained.] I don't know how I can... do what we do, anymore. Any of it. I killed my mother, Tim.

[And even if she knows Shiva was bound to come back, with how she left her above a Pit after their fight...]
