(She lets go of Beverly's hands to cup her face, wipe the tears away with her thumbs.) I was going to talk to you about it but it's... hard, to find the right time to bring something like that up.
(Also she was very nervous!!)

(Yet look at her. How could she have not fallen for this brilliant, beautiful, strong woman? In retrospect, she realizes that she was doomed from the moment they met.)

It worked out just fine, (she soothes, and presses a sweet, soft kiss to Beverly's mouth.) I'm happy.

(She drops her hands from Beverly's face and frowns, resisting the urge to stick a finger in her ear. The ringing isn't as loud as it was half an hour ago, but it's still uncomfortable.)
You can't do anything with tinnitus, can you?

It should be a temporary thing. Until it stops on its own, you'll just have do your best to ignore the ringing.

(Darn. She thought Beverly could have, like, waved the tricorder over her and fixed everything even though she knows that isn't how it works. Where's somebody with cure wounds up their sleeve when you need them?)
Alright. Well, I guess I'll take a, uh, short rest when I get home. (d&d humour)

(Well. A snuggle, then a nap!)

(She reaches for Beverly's hand. Snuggling is absolutely on the agenda!) Want to come back to mine?

(She doesn't care to hide her eagerness or her happiness, now that the dust has settled. As she takes Lucretia's hand, she leans over to kiss the top of her ear.)

(She's teasing of course, just as delighted as Beverly at the thought of going home, getting comfortable on the couch together. The little kiss on her ear makes her hunch her shoulder with a little chuckle.)
C'mon. We'll have to do it the old fashioned way; I used all my sixth level spell slots nearly blowing myself up back there.
