[Backdated] Happy Birthday Max!
who: Max Lightwood, Jace Wayland, Alec Lightwood, Isabelle Lightwood, Magnus Bane
what: It's Max's tenth birthday!

where: Lux, New apartment.

The cake Max helped Jace bake is decorated and sitting in the center of the table, waiting to have candles lit. It's a Mundane tradition, but Jace liked the idea of Max being granted a wish. He also found candles that couldn't be extinguished easily. He thought it was amusing and would be fun for Max.
The cake was exactly as Max had described. Vanilla and chocolate. The open book cover was the chocolate and the pages were vanilla. The dragon that draped across the open book had been a lot of work for their first cake, but he was happy with the way it turned out.
