Yeah, I've gotten that impression. [To put it mildly, to the point that an elven wizard is downright a relief (no matter how profane). And adolescents instead of halflings, apparently...] But still, SOME magic makes it through the planar boundaries, since my sword or belt still work.

Guess we may have to find it the old-fashioned dungeon-crawling way, though.
