[Fun fact about Eddie Thawne: he actually enjoys and is pretty decent at dancing, so this festival is definitely right up his alley. When he's not attending the raves, either participating or helping out, he's wandering around the parks and streets to watch all the dancing demonstrations. This particular one caught his eye because of the showers of petals and the large crowd gathered around, and Eddie had watched long enough to get the gist of it before jumping in when they invite bystanders to join for a round. Awkwardly but happily at first, and then with increasing confidence and grace, Eddie joins the dance until it's time for the floor to be given back to the experienced dancers.
So when someone bumps into him, steps on his foot in the crowd, Eddie is a little out of breath, a little pink in the cheeks, and his hair and shoulders are dusted with bright pink and blue flower petals. Glancing down with a bright grin, he shakes his head.]
No problem, don't worry about it...
[But his voice trails off when he sees who he's talking to and hears his name. Instead of going subdued, he brightens even more, turning toward him.]

Oh my god, Cisco? Hi!
