[ Cisco is milling around in the crowd, trying to get close enough to the front so he can see what is going on in the middle of the grassy field. An area has been roped off and in it, a dozen or so people are doing some kind of complicated traditional dance. There is definitely petal-throwing involved, and Cisco's attention was initially caught by seeing the bright confetti of petals being tossed into the air periodically, by the accompanying tambourine and sounds of other instruments he doesn't recognize.
So he had walked over, with his ice cream cone (the flavor is lavender and something fruity he can't quite place). He's nearly to the front, trying to wedge in next to a tall blond guy, when Cisco accidentally steps on his foot. ]
