[ Tenure, it turns out, is only one of the first things that Cisco ends up explaining to Lup as they watch. He hadn't really brought her here as some kind of educational exercise, but it turns out there is a whole lot more cultural and historical context needed for Indiana Jones to make sense than he'd remembered. And truth be told, it gets to be kind of fun. The two of them laugh and cheer at the car chases and action sequences; Cisco pulls up his knees onto his chair and hides his face, peeking out between his fingers, for the scenes in the snake-filled tomb; he gives brief, mostly-accurate, hilarious descriptions of everything from Christianity to Nazis; when it comes time for the infamous face-melting scene, the two of them cheer, clapping and whooping, not caring how much they annoy the others in the theatre.
And then finally, the credits start to roll, and Cisco hops to his feet, stretching and beaming. ]
