Kate doesn't look like the type to be as tough as that, so Eddie's a little surprised when she says she's fine, and that the guy didn't have time to do anything. It's a bit of a relief, though, a pleasant surprise.

Smiling warmly at her, he takes her hand and gives it a shake, firm but gentle.

"Nice to meet you Kate. I'm Eddie, Eddie Thawne. I'm a Detective with the RPD."

Tilting his head, his expression shifting a little sheepish, "Would you mind if I walked you home? If I don't, I'm going to worry about you all night."
