[She smiles a little lop-sidedly and after a moment holds her hands out in front of her, palms facing each other, about a foot apart. And then she relaxes; stops trying to hide it, to look normal. It's a blue glow over her heart, the way you can literally see the energy skitter in her skin, irises of her blue eyes glowing bright, as electricity bridged the distance between her hands, like she was holding lightning as it shifted and moved, connecting her palms, her fingertips.]
My body constantly generates energy. And I can control it. Most of the time.
[And then the energy in her hands starts to shift, change, coalescing into almost solid white-blue energy between her palms, losing the jagged edges and erratic movement; less like lightning, more like some kind of ionized plasma beam. The interesting part being, of course, that she doesn't burn her hands off in the process.]
I can change the energy state, too. Like I said-- flashy.
