Cisco's getting to know Eddie well enough to be able to tell when he's laughing because he's a little amused, and when he's really, truly losing his shit. And this is closer to the latter. Easy enough to tell, by the lines around his eyes. ]

And then those first mild stirrings of embarrassment get worse when Eddie comments on the pants. Cisco laughs, a little too quickly, rubbing a hand against the back of his neck and shifting his weight from foot to foot, uneasy. ]
