[His first thought is divination; they didn't have a divination expert in the IPRE crew, since wizard divination is different than actual divine magic, like what Merle does, but there were a few in his classes at the academy, so Taako knows that it means visions, predictions, all that fun sort of crap that he would never want to deal with. Transmuation is simple, there's no guess work, no worrying about what the future holds, just one thing to another thing and it's done.

And then he remembers that magic doesn't exist, where Cisco comes from, leaving the only explanation being that Cisco is a metahuman, and suddenly their previous conversation on this topic makes a whole lot more sense. Taako actually mutters ohhhh to himself, half distracted as he puts shit in context, before he refocuses back on what Cisco is saying.

It's strange to think of someone just having access to his past like that, and he's grateful it was something innocuous, a rushed but not terrible moment with his friends, rather than like... a death, or something more private. But Cisco seems to genuinely not be able to control it, so he's not about to hold a grudge over it.]
