his chassis is similar to Genji's, clearly stemming from the same design, although his colour scheme is black and blue rather than white and green, and a great deal of it is hidden underneath the kyudo-gi he still wears. there's no sword, either; not a single blade on him, just the bow and arrows he always carries. but the most notable difference is his mask — where Genji's would form something of a face, Hanzo's is a sleek black visor, a hard shell with no way of discerning the features behind it.
