I... wouldn't say shameful. Don't think he's got a shameful bone in his body. More that the word 'love' has a heavy connotation behind it. And some people just have a harder time, I guess, believin' in it.

Kinda blindsided me. Really had no faith in it either after the shit storm that was my marriage. But somethings just happen and you don't expect them to or ask them to. And honestly, he's someone I'd want in my life no matter how he's there. Just as long as he's there. In the end, some people just have a way of restoring that faith when you least expect it.
