"Maybe I just know you too well. So yeah, you're obvious to me at least." Well, not too obvious evidently, as Jim hadn't ever thought that Bones might have an interest in him as more than friends. Not that he minded the wait. Being together now felt right, and who knows how much he might've ruined their friendship if they'd hooked up when Jim was younger and much more prone to flings.

"I'd be kinda worried if you weren't," Jim huffed, nipping lightly at Bones's neck. They both were very much eager to explore more about their relationship, so it came as no surprise that Bones was curious to see what he could come up with.

Pulling back, he smiled warmly at Bones's last words, then finally letting go of Bones's shirt, he sat on the armrest of the couch, then simply flopped back across the cushions. Shifting back so he was lying completely on the couch, he then beckoned Bones to join him, propping his legs up and parting his knees to the side so Bones could slot himself between them.
