"Well, I don't know. I'd ask you, since you were the one making the first move." Actually Jim had made it a point to let Bones take the lead at first, if only because he didn't want to just drag Bones along into something he might regret later on. Of course that now he was both sure and glad that that wasn't the case, but at the time, honestly? A part of him had wondered.

"Really? Kinda like that, I've got to admit," he smiled softly, turning his head just enough to catch a glimpse of the doctor's face. "It's nice to know we both still have some firsts to experience with each other." Even if he didn't think that was vital to a relationship, it was pretty exciting anyway. And Jim liked being able to surprise Bones like this, to be able to give him experiences he'd never had before.

"Yeah? And what would be the right word for it?" He said, both curious and teasing.
