"Goin' Shakesperean verse on me, darlin'?" He laughed a little, but it sounded soft, warm and happy in a way most wouldn't believe the doctor could sound. "And I'll make sure you keep that promise." Tipping his head into those hands, he let Jim look at him even if it did make his skin heat up a little and he had to smile almost shyly to have that much intensity turned on him from Jim. Not that he disliked it.

His lashes lowered when Jim leaned in to kiss him and only sighed when Jim gave him that command. Closing his eyes completely, he arched his brow a little. "You really are goin' all out, aren't you?" He angled his head to hear what Jim was doing and well, maybe it was driving him a little crazy with curiosity.

Until that music started playing. It occurred to him in that moment just what Jim might be planning. At the tap to his shoulder, he blinked his eyes open and looked up at Jim again then to the hand offered to him. "You may." The doctor breathed those words as he slid his hand into Jim's and pushed to his feet. Really, honestly? If he looked at what Jim was doing, he knew this wasn't something Jim just did. It wasn't like him at all...

But he was doing it for him, and god, that made him love him more.
