One of the reason that Alex tends to frequent that coffee shop is that it's a sort of reasonable distance from the house. And of course a reasonable distance to the elevated train that would take her the three stops over to her office. Today though, they're heading home and Alex just leads Harry up the steps of the victorian house, letting him in with a grin over her shoulder. She doesn't pause in the living room where she'd talked to him before, instead going into the kitchen.
