It's not.
[The silence of the moment is broken but 2B doesn't seem to mind.]
As an android I have a system for breaking down water to provide power and sustenance. Technically it works for other liquids and foods too.
However, the further from pure water they are, the more troublesome the process is. For certain foods it can even be lethal.
