( it'd be weirder to see jon snow under him if billy didn't already have plenty of experience with teddy's ability to flawlessly take on others' shapes. it does give him a moment's pause, fingers sifting over the shape of abs that are definitely different than they had been moment's prior. but it's still teddy, that's what matters. )
