Who Alex Reagan and You.
What: Alex needing company while she's being bored out of her mind and supposed to be taking it easy for a week.
When: Whenever you want it set for this week period!
Where:Howard's her and Strand's house
Warnings: None.
[Alex Reagan was not a still person by any means. She was someone who normally was a ball of energy, even when she was entirely sleep deprived and exhibiting all sort of bad judgment. Even the nights where she couldn't sleep, Alex got up, did work, did something so she wasn't just... laying there and not doing anything. This was something that she was seriously having a problem with after she'd spent the first day following the rescue basically sleeping and not being aware of the world. But now that at least some of that sleep debt had been paid off, Alex was bored, and restless and had proclaimed to Richard that she was losing her mind more than once.
Because she'd tried to work, he'd taken away her devices, which reminded her of being home when she was supposed to not use her electronics after ten pm. It was frustrating, because she was a god damn adult, but she'd also agreed to take it easy if he didn't push for her to go to the hospital. It wasn't Alex's fault that she couldn't manage to simply be stubborn and wear him down until he let her go back to normal. Nope, it was all Richard's.
Still, she'd managed to compromise for the big and comfy sofa and company so it wasn't a total loss. After all, she'd declared, that she didn't want random people in their bedroom, and she knew that he'd agreed, because well, Strand was private, save for when Alex put him under a microscope and she was making a good faith effort not to do that anymore. At least not here.
So, when people showed up to the stupidly ornate Victorian house that was still in the process of being put together inside, they were greeted by a annoyed Strand who informed them that "The insufferable one is over there on the couch. You deal with her. You may need wine, or scotch." Before he retreated to a nearby room. And when they came into the living room, Alex was propped up on pillows, and her bruises were in various shades of fading, and she just chirped out as if they were her best friend in the world even though they may not be:]

Hey!

The house is not exactly what he would have expected but at least it looked nice and clean and not dilapidated.
Once inside and greeting Richard he brings the items to Alex, only then to realize a connection he hasn't made before. ]
Oh. Hi.

He watched as Stan entered and recognition seemed to cross his face. Of course, he knew Ales. Who didn't know Alex? The answer was either very few or no one.]
You've met.
[It's less of a question than a statement.]
That makes introductions easier. Alex, this is Stan.

Nodding a bit when Strand said that they'd been introduced, Alex just added:]
We've spoken on the network before. [Which wasn't at all a surprise considering how Alex responded to so many people. But she gave him a quick and easy smile from the sofa where she was still trying to be good and resting for Strand's sanity. ]
Thanks for coming. I'm sure Richard appreciates it. [Then she added in a quieter tone, but one that she knew that Strand would still be able to hear, and there was humor in her words..] I think I'm driving him completely insane.

He said something about you being insufferable or something. [ A quick pause before he holds up the items with a glance to Richard and then back to Alex. ]
And that you like coffee, sweets and movies.

[The second part was not entirely correct, but since she was forced to stay in one room, Richard had been the one taking care of Apo, and the affection that the dog had for him before had grown.
If pressed, Richard would deny the fact that some of it had to do with his slipping the creature scraps while he was cooking. Apo was a kind and loyal companion, one that didn't whine and purposefully act as annoying as possible. He deserved the finer things in a dog's life.
Perhaps while others were here to make sure Alex stayed on bedrest he would pick up some new things for Apo, the dog obviously deserved them.]
Stan is smart, impressive and clever. Don't ruin him while I make dinner.
[He pointedly looked at Alex when he said that. 'No Black tapes talk']

[Alex good-naturedly rolls her eyes at him, because yeah, that's the only response to that, and there's a huffy sigh that goes with being called 'insufferable' yet again, but hey, there's nothing much that she can do about it is there?
Said eyeroll becomes much more pronounced when he thinks she'll ruin Stan but Alex knows better, Richard. She's not that much of an asshole. Most of the time anyway. Giving Richard a dismissive 'I am on to you' look, she focuses on Stan with a smile.]
Ignore him, he's being an ass. I'm a huge fan of coffee, sweets and movies, so he may be an ass but at least he didn't lie about that.

In truth, the Black Tapes could hardly be something that could ruin him after his experiences with Pennywise. He'd just try to convince himself that it isn't real even though he knows better. It's hard to doubt much after the sewers. ]
I'm sure we'll be fine. [ He adds, with a quick smile to Richard. And then he moves to offer the said items to Alex, it'd be nice to stop making sure he didn't spill the coffee on himself. ]
