I must confess, I found Naboo to be the kinder of the two. [despite being the emperor's homeworld, at least the people of the planet were less harsh than coruscant.]

I have passed through Tatooine, but never stayed very long. In my time, it is much easier to move freely around the Outer and Mid Rim planets than the Core Worlds. [but even that is still tricky.]
