[ Cisco catches that shudder, and while he's curious about the mechanics of tracking people by their germs, he decides to let it go for the time being. He hasn't known a lot of people with phobias as pronounced as Shigeru's, but he is aware that even talking about it can be distressing. Compared to the how, the why and the who are more interesting, anyway.

As he's listening, Cisco does his best not to look appalled. Shigeru's powers are pretty terrifying, themselves. But transferring injuries? Controlling people? That's all pretty damn dark stuff. Even to use against terrorists and the like. Awful not only for the people they were up against, but awful for Shigeru and his squad. ]

So there are other people with powers like Alex's?

[ The note of uncertainty in Cisco's voice is not disbelief so much as awareness that a power like that could be misused, disastrously. He bets that this Alex guy, who Shigeru was friends with since he was a kid, didn't abuse his powers, but others might. And, well. Considering how forgiving and understanding Shigeru had been of Dodger, even when he richly didn't deserve it, Cisco can't help wondering if Alex was actually a good person or if Shigeru has just had some really low standards. ]

Seems like a pretty lethal combo, all those powers. Did you catch a lot of bad guys?
