"I know." She would've rolled her eyes if she saw the point in it. Even wearing shoes, she could tell it was grass by the feel and smell of it; there was something to be said about her other senses finally catching up.
Carefully, she shuffled and used her cane to find an empty patch of grass. Anyone in her way would earn a half-hearted 'sorry', but it was either this way or risk sitting on someone (and frankly this would've been the more embarrassing option).
Eventually, she did manage to find a place to sit down.
