Yeah, I think it does. There are a lot of us with fighting skills. If there weren't, so many of us wouldn't be in the Perimeter Guard.
[Yeah, he knows a lot of newcomers end up through orientation which is what he does]
Hard to tell though if it is trying to help us or not. Kind of seems like not some times, right? With these events.
