Part of her wondered at the sort of relationship Alex had with him, but it wasn't in her to pry either. She did hazard that theirs was more a professional relationship, judging by how he addressed her-at the very least, that was as far as she was willing to admit.

"Has she been getting much sleep lately?" Her tone turned towards that of concern. "Sometimes my patrol shifts entail very late hours, and more than once have I viewed her video messages on the network."
