He couldn't fault her curiosity. If Richard were told that he was contained in a fictional work by an author that he'd never heard if, he'd be curious too. In fact, he'd probably sit down with the piece and analyze it for every incorrect detail; then hunt down the supposed author if he could and demand royalties. Not that he'd want them, but if someone were going to use his life as a supposed work of fiction, he'd want some control over it.

The fact that she'd taken an analytical view was refreshing. Taking things in from her perspective and deciding what to make of them. It was admirable of her. It made it easy to answer when she asked questions. "Alex Reagan." There wasn't any reason to be hiding that he and Alex were together here; and if she knew Alex, then he was sure she'd find out soon enough.
