who: Rogue and Thor
what: Sparring of too ridiculously powered Avengers.
when: Early April
where: Outside the perimeter
warnings: Violence, sass, and a KO kiss.
[He may not be the Thor she knew from her universe, but he was certainly the God of Thunder and Avenger, which means Rogue was getting a good workout in that afternoon. She hadn't worn her uniform to save it from getting damaged, instead opting for leggings, boots, a long-sleeved shirt, and of course, a pair of gloves. Those were digs she had no problem losing to the good cause of letting off some steam and meeting a different version of an old teammate properly.
Wanting to practice her hand to hand and more archaic weapons skills, Rogue had borrowed a sword from the perimeter guard (or somewhere?), but hadn't seen the need to bring a shield of any kind. So far, she's proven herself quite durable, taking punches and blocking hits with her weapon and body alike. Not only that, but she hits like a freight train, finding it a joy not having to hold back against a sparring partner.
Of course, the mutant has a few tricks up her sleeve still, neither of which she uses even after a rather hearty punch sends her slamming into and through the remnants of a building.]
Well that one tickled a bit sugah.
[Okay so maybe she's a bit slower to get up than at the start, but she's wearing one hell of a smirk as she does. She stubbornly still has fight in her. Fight and pride. So, don't mind her taking flight with the aim to slam into him like a battering ram.]
