He's probably more bothered by it than she is. After all, he's the one that now seems to have nowhere to go. He's just going to nod absently at her reassurance, because there was no sense harping on the whole thing, he'd figure something out. Orientation probably had some answers and if he had nowhere to go, they'd be the best place to go in order to find a new one. It's not like he was exactly tied to Floor Six without the room mates that had been there with him, anyway.
