Honestly? I think people give less of a damn than you think, here. There are monsters outside the walls, and people of all sorts of walks of life, living here.

[ While he understands - it's not like Mutants aren't being profiled themselves all the time, judged and hated and feared, more often than not, he wishes this wouldn't be the go-to feeling. ]

If I were you, I'd take this as an opportunity to be who you are, without worrying about what people think of you. People don't have a great opinion of Mutants back home, either. I'm not going to let it dictate how I live here. This place is supposed to be different, so maybe we should give it the benefit of the doubt.

[ He's pretty sure it'll fall on deaf ears, and to be honest, it's not like he's not paranoid, himself. ]

However, it's probably a good idea to check laws about these things. I'm sure they have resources in the library.
