When Rey shares such details, trust has nothing to do with it. Sometimes it's one way to gauge a person who tries to get friendly with her. Most tend to get uncomfortable when you answer so plainly that you're a murderer. And, at some points, you were a person who actually liked it.

But that's going a little too far, even for Rey.
