Brink processes the words for a bit, and there's a faint whirring noise from his head before he leans over and places his head on Shigeru's lap.

"I was instructed to turn off tracking for his phone, but he has it with him. It would be possible to track the signal."

He can't think of any other hints to give. He doesn't know where Dodger goes when he leaves the apartment - the one time he'd been allowed to leave, when Dodger had finally started trusting his safety again, Ivar had sunk an ax into his head. The only reason he's out and about now is because Dodger needs him to make the apartment look like someone's still living there.
