Frostbite's basically when your skin freezes, and your body stops sending blood to your fingers or ears or toes.

[ Cisco keeps adjusting the temperature of the water by slow increments, from cool to warm to just below hot, looking down at Rey's hands, watching closely for any signs of damage. It also helps him to avoid her gaze, which he can feel on him - the guilt and concern of it.
